Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier; for large grills or islands, we recommend using an insured freight service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
